How long do the Press Ons last?

If you use the adhesive stickers provided, the press-ons will usually last around 3-5 days. If you stick them on with the nail glue, they will last for up to 30 days.

The durability always depends on the individual application and the stress on the nails.

Possible reasons for a shorter shelf life are:

Pool and salt water

High stress on the nails

Oily oils or creams

Aggressive rinsing and cleaning agentsIncorrect application

When will my order be shipped?

Normally, your order(s) wii be shipped within 48 hours and we will do our best to ship your product as soon as possible, but If you would like to cancel an order please email support@luxehermit.com as soon as possible with your order number and request to cancel.

Please note that once an order has been fulfilled we can no longer cancel or make changes to it. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

PROCESSING 

We know you want your order ASAP. We are just as excited for you to receive your new products. We ship Standard orders out within 48 business hours of purchase and Priority Mail orders within 24 hours of purchase. 

Please note, orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

TRANSIT TIME

All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours of purchase, depending on the shipping method you select. Shipping transit time begins once the order ships. Your estimated shipping timeframe would depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. 

  • Standard Shipping: 6-9 Business Days 
  • Priority Shipping: 5-7 Business Days

Please note, the shipping transit times above are only estimations per order. We can not guarantee a shipment date or arrival date. 

TRACKING

You're able to track your package every step of the way. Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order. 

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately.  They will be able to assist you in recovering your package
